Job Description

As a Painting, Coating, and Decorating Worker, you'll be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to automotive products. Your role will include preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and operating spraying equipment to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations on paint selection.
• Keep up to date with the latest painting techniques and materials.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of paints and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certification in spray gun operation is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
