Job Description

As a Blockchain Developer in our Johannesburg office, you will develop smart contracts and ensure the performance of blockchain systems. You will also collaborate with architects and clients to create user-friendly applications while advocating for the best practices in blockchain development.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage blockchain networks, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop testing methodologies to ensure robustness of applications.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Provide insights into blockchain policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research and development on innovative blockchain solutions.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices.
  • Engage with clients to clarify project requirements.
  • Support deployment pipelines and ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on blockchain
