Job Description

As an Explosives Worker, you will play a critical role in our mining operations by safely handling explosives, conducting drill patterns, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with engineers and geologists to optimise blasting processes and contribute to the successful extraction of resources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with safety officers to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Document and report incidents or irregularities in drilling operations.
• Support environmental initiatives by following appropriate procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in explosives handling is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years in explosives handling or related fields.
