Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy and enhance the customer experience on our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies, along with excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy for product assortment and inventory management to optimize stock levels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior and improve site navigation.
  • Create detailed performance reports for management, including KPIs and metrics.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors for effective inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate on website design improvements based on user feedback.
  • Enhance the customer journey through innovative digital solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • An MBA or similar qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
