Job Description

We are on the hunt for an inventive UX/UI Designer to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of visual design talent and user-centric thinking. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and effective user interfaces across our digital products. Your work will help shape the way users interact with our applications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather input from stakeholders.
• Utilize analytics to inform design improvements.
• Create and manage design assets and resources.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the design team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on projects.
• Revisit and revise designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure accessibility best practices are integrated into designs.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in creating user interfaces and experiences

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certificate
• Interaction Design Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
