Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Practitioner and contribute to public health initiatives in Port Elizabeth. You will work collaboratively with various community organizations and health professionals to implement health programs aimed at increasing health awareness and reducing disease transmission. A strong commitment to community engagement and health education is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute health promotion campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with the community to raise awareness about health issues.
  • Analyze data related to health trends and risks within the population.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community health workers.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on public health findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in public health or community health
