Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accuracy of patient record-keeping processes.
  • Manage schedules for healthcare professionals and staff.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claims processing.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Support the improvement of administrative processes for better efficiency.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries.
  • Assist in managing budgets for administrative functions.
  • Organize training sessions for new staff in administrative roles.
  • Monitor compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the administrative framework.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or equivalent
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment
