Job Description

As a Fleet Operations Planner, you will be at the heart of our fleet management processes, optimizing operations and leading initiatives to improve fleet performance. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze data and implement effective fleet strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance fleet performance.
  • Manage daily fleet operations and address any operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in fleet management.
  • Analyze vehicle usage data to optimize routing and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of fleet vehicles.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing the fleet's environmental impact.
  • Conduct driver performance assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Research industry trends and innovations to keep the fleet competitive and compliant.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business
  • Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in fleet operations or logistics management
