Responsibilities

• Manage fleet budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Utilize fleet management software for tracking and reporting.
• Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
• Lead safety training initiatives for fleet personnel.
• Compile reports on fleet performance and make recommendations for action.
• Coordinate with external partners for logistical support.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to transport schedules and timelines.
• Investigate and resolve any incidents or vehicle accidents.
• Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and laws.
• Assist in the implementation of sustainable practices within fleet operations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Transportation Management or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred
