Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving search engine visibility and driving traffic through effective SEO strategies. You will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and implementing SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website structure and recommend design changes for better SEO.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for new website launches.
• Conduct competitor SEO analysis to identify opportunities.
• Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Provide training and support to team members on SEO practices.
• Collaborate with marketing team to integrate SEO campaigns.
• Optimize local SEO strategies for improved visibility in target markets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing

Technical Skills

• SEO Tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz)
• Google Analytics
• HTML/CSS Basics

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking

Advantageous

• Experience with A/B testing: Ability to test different strategies for improved performance.
