Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tow Driver to join our team at Reliable Towing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for towing vehicles to designated locations safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills and an understanding of vehicle mechanics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely tow vehicles to specified locations upon request.
• Conduct pre- and post-tow inspections on vehicles.
• Keep detailed logs of towed vehicles for record-keeping purposes.
• Assist clients with vehicle recovery and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance towing skills.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Manage towing equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.

Experience

• Prior towing experience preferred but not mandatory.
