Responsibilities

• Perform trimming of animal products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Guarantee compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

• Track and report production performance metrics.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in training new team members as necessary.
• Adhere to daily production schedules.
