• Ensure all designs are compliant with safety and zoning laws.
• Manage timelines and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the construction process.
• Enhance the visual appeal and functionality of spaces.
• Incorporate sustainable building practices in all projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Registered Architect (SACAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with green building practices: Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly building techniques.
• Proficiency in additional design software: Familiarity with design software beyond AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
