Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage full payroll cycles for our employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws. The successful applicant will play a vital role in maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing tax-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions and compliance with employment law.
  • Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely processing of payroll.
  • Provide payroll information to employees as needed.
  • Assist with various compliance audits and financial audits.
  • Participate in payroll budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for payroll.
  • Assist in the resolution of payroll-related disputes with employees.
  • Evaluate payroll processes and implement improvements.
  • Manage year-end payroll processes, including tax filings and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual payroll audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Payroll Management or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience
