Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our business. You will be tasked with driving the recruitment strategy, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless hiring process for candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
  • Utilize social media and networking to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong talent pipeline.
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels and platforms.
  • Provide coaching and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and report on performance.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting company culture.
  • Collaborate with other recruitment teams to share best practices.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR management is advantageous
