Job Description

We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and driving design decisions through research and analysis. Your insights will guide the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Conduct iterative usability testing and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the development and refinement of user interface designs.
• Document research processes, findings, and recommendations.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to foster innovation.
• Coordinate with marketing for user feedback on product launches.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate on wireframes and prototypes to ensure user-centered design.
• Support the UX team in creating an intuitive user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or research

Languages

• English: Fluent
