UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that promote usability across our digital platforms, ensuring that our products resonate with users. Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide design direction.
• Develop and maintain UI style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new design team members.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for branding and promotional activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
