• Assess and adapt instructional materials based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate in the development of blended learning strategies that integrate technology.
• Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to promote educational programs.
• Research and recommend new educational technologies and tools for curriculum enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Instructional Technology
• Master's degree in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-learning development and instructional strategies

• Graphic Design Tools

Certifications

• Google Educator Level 1
• Instructional Design and Technology Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
