• Lead and mentor the warehouse team to succeed in their roles.
• Ensure timely processing of shipments and orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory management systems.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed meticulously.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance for management reviews.
• Assist in budget planning and expense management for the warehouse.
• Identify training needs and assist in development programs.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
• Inventory Management Expertise in managing inventory processes and systems.
• Logistics Coordination Experience in coordinating logistics and distribution activities.
• Forklift Operation Proficient in operating and managing warehouse forklifts.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Communication Effective communication skills for coordinating with team and management.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Proficient)

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS): Hands-on experience with software that supports warehouse operations.
• First Aid certification: Certification in First Aid is advantageous for workplace safety.
