Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the warehouse team to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure timely processing of shipments and orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management systems.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed meticulously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance for management reviews.
  • Assist in budget planning and expense management for the warehouse.
  • Identify training needs and assist in development programs.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
