Job Description

Looking for a Logistics Coordinator to take charge of coordinating shipping schedules and ensuring efficient inventory management. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations from supplier to warehouse.
• Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure timely completion.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce waste.
• Communicate with suppliers and transporters to resolve any scheduling issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to logistics operations.
• Assist in developing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct audits of inventory and shipping processes.
• Utilize logistics software to manage supply chain activities effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
