Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you'll play a key role in analyzing financial data and reporting findings to senior management. A successful candidate will possess strong accounting principles knowledge and be comfortable working with large data sets to impact strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to support strategic planning.
• Create financial models and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and distribute financial reporting packages to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics.
• Work closely with accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop ad-hoc financial analysis to assist management in decision-making.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategy.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role
