UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers to align design with business goals.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Provide design rationale and support to team members.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree in Design or UX-related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
