Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, provide patient counselling, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on disease management and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Assist in developing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Engage with patients to improve their understanding and adherence to medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant pharmacy experience
