Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at Innovative Engineering Solutions, your role will encompass a blend of design, analysis, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our electrical projects are completed efficiently and up to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical engineering projects.
• Implement and monitor project scope, schedules, and costs.
• Provide technical expertise in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Review and analyze system specifications and design requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure that safety policies and regulations are adhered to during all project phases.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and implementation

• Electrical Safety Standards

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Languages
