Responsibilities

  • Direct the academic planning and evaluation cycle.
  • Support faculty in curriculum design and assessment techniques.
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with IT for educational technology initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on academic quality indicators.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to foster partnerships.
  • Coordinate efforts for student support and tutoring programmes.
  • Oversee research and development for academic programs.
  • Encourage extracurricular initiatives that align with academic objectives.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or related field
  • PhD is highly desirable
