Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to align engineering goals.
• Prepare technical presentations for stakeholders and participate in meetings.
• Support environmental impact assessments for chemical manufacturing.
• Manage product development projects from conception through execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in chemical process engineering

Technical Skills

• Chemical Safety Management
• Simulation Software (ASPEN Plus, HYSYS)
• Lean Six Sigma

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
