The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data to provide strategic insights that drive business decisions. Ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills and a passion for understanding consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate data from various sources and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Generate reports that translate data into insights that inform business strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align research with business goals.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis of consumer behaviour and market trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in market analysis

• Quantitative Research Skills
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• Professional Researcher Certification (PRC)
• Social Media Analytics Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SQL and database management: Ability to extract and manipulate data from databases for analysis.
• Experience conducting focus groups: Hands-on experience with facilitating focus group discussions and interpreting results.
