Job Description

The Belt Molder is responsible for shaping and forming belts used in various industries. You will operate molding equipment, monitor production processes, and ensure quality control. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Shape and mould belts using appropriate moulding techniques.
• Supervise the setup of machinery for optimal production outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Engage in continuous improvement and training opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of health and safety protocols.
• Assist in quality audits and control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
• Document production metrics and report them to management.
• Cooperate with other departments on joint projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in the manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills

• Experience operating molding equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols

Languages

• English: Fluent
