Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Site Operations Supervisor to lead our construction projects in Cape Town. Candidates should have substantial experience in site management and a proven track record of ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of construction activities on-site.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Monitor site conditions to maintain a productive working environment.
• Facilitate site meetings with staff to discuss project status and challenges.
• Ensure all subcontractors complete work according to the quality standards.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in construction site supervision

Languages

• English: Fluent
