Job Description

As a Skin Piler, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging animal hides and skins. The role requires attention to detail and physical strength to ensure our products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
• Record inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new employees on best practices and safety measures.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery.

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of tanning processes and techniques: Understanding the basic principles of leather processing is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours: Willingness to accommodate overtime or varying shift patterns.
• Valid driver’s license: Essential for those needing transportation for work-related duties.
