UX Designer

Job Description

Join our team as a UX Designer, where you will collaborate with product teams to create intuitive and user-friendly designs. You will be instrumental in defining user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement user-centered design processes in all projects.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features based on user impact.
• Create user personas and scenarios to articulate user needs effectively.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess design effectiveness and iterate accordingly.
• Document design decisions and the rationale behind them.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design projects

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Presentation skills

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Interaction Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG guidelines to ensure designs are accessible.
• Experience working in Agile environments: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles to enhance teamwork and productivity.
