Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to assist in providing financial advisory services to our clients. You'll perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and support in the execution of mergers and acquisitions. A keen interest in financial markets and strong quantitative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of valuation models and scenario analyses.
• Compile and analyze industry and market trends.
• Assist in preparing documents for investment proposals.
• Work with the team to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments for potential investments.
• Prepare summary documents to support investment recommendations.
• Engage in client meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or finance

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent
