Job Description

As a Project Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading project initiatives from inception to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they align with customer expectations and company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate projects with clear objectives and timelines.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained throughout the project phases.
  • Develop contingency plans to deal with potential project risks.
  • Support project teams in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
  • Prepare project financials and reports for upper management.
  • Lead project review meetings and document minutes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or similar field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, track record of successful project delivery
