Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer at Mechanical Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the design and production of our engineering projects. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and the ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and simulations of mechanical systems using CAD software.
• Assist in project scope definition and specifications.
• Work closely with engineers to perform stress and thermal analyses.
• Implement quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare engineering change orders as required.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor performance for project needs.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within team projects.
• Provide guidance on technical issues to less experienced staff.
• Contribute to resource planning and inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional registration as a Mechanical Engineer is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in mechanical systems design
