Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for academic support initiatives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with other educational institutions.
• Assist in the development of student transition programs.
• Provide guidance on career planning related to academic choices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in advising or mentoring roles
