Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate closely with educators to ensure a productive and engaging classroom environment. You will aid in lesson delivery, assist with administrative duties, and help create an inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare learning materials and resources for classroom activities.
• Assist in evaluating student performance and providing feedback.
• Support students with learning difficulties through tailored assistance.
• Engage in conflict resolution and address student behaviour positively.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance educational strategies.
• Document student achievements and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement creative lesson support strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Education
• Bachelor's degree is preferable

Experience

• Minimum 2 years working within an educational environment
