Looking for a dedicated Tax Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth office. The role involves analyzing tax-related information, preparing tax submissions, and ensuring compliance with current tax laws. Bring your expertise and help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex tax calculations for individuals and corporations.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic tax planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify tax problems.
• Educate clients and firms about tax laws and changes.
• Support the management team in tax-related projects.
• Liaise with external auditors and local tax authorities.
• Review client accounts for compliance issues.
• Prepare and present financial reports on tax-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Taxation is highly preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in tax consulting or advisory.

Technical Skills

• Tax Software Proficiency
• Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Client Management

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
