Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nailer to join our team. As a Nailer, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently assemble and fasten wooden components using various tools, ensuring high-quality standards. Attention to detail and precision are key qualities required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks on tools and machinery to ensure functionality.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production efficiency.
• Effectively manage time to meet daily production quotas.
• Engage in continuous learning about new machinery and techniques.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Communicate effectively with the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in carpentry or relevant field is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience as a Nailer is preferred, but on-the-job training may be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Technical Skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with different wood types

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Previous experience in framing or roofing work.: Experience that enhances assembly skills.
