Job Description

We are looking for skilled Extruding and Drawing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic production team. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery that shapes and molds metal materials into high-quality products. The role requires detail-oriented individuals with a firm understanding of metalworking processes and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain equipment prior to production runs.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials.
• Handle and manage hazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in metalworking is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills

• Machinery troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Time-management

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Previous work in a similar role within a fast-paced production setting.
