In the role of Civil Project Design Manager, you will provide leadership in all aspects of civil engineering project design and delivery. This position requires a proficient understanding of engineering principles, management practices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the planning and design phases of civil engineering projects.
• Interact with local authorities and agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with environmental specialists to ensure sustainability in project execution.
• Lead project meetings and manage team dynamics effectively.

• Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering practices and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a significant advantage

Experience

• 7+ years in civil engineering including project design experience
