We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our Johannesburg team. Your role will focus on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of digital products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop user testing plans and analyze results to improve design.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.
• Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design and research

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools
• HTML/CSS

• Critical thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certificate
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of responsive design: Experience designing for mobile and responsive applications.
• Familiarity with animation tools: Knowledge of animation tools and techniques to enhance user experience.
