Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in developing architectural designs from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring project delivery on schedule.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and integrate them into designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess potential project risks.
• Prepare detailed documentation for building permits and approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in historic preservation: Knowledge of preserving historical architecture while meeting modern needs.
