Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance supply chain processes for better efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution strategies with various teams.
• Regularly review supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide analytical support for supply chain decision-making.
• Set and monitor supply chain performance benchmarks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Forecasting Techniques

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma certification: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in a second African language: Proficiency in another African language is a plus.
