Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You’ll work collaboratively with developers and project managers, applying your expertise to identify defects, suggest improvements, and maintain the highest standards of software quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and run automated tests using industry-standard tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Facilitate the resolution of identified issues with developers.
• Review and improve the current testing processes and methodologies.
• Report on the QA process, including testing results and project status.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and help build a strong QA team.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement of QA skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
