As a User Experience Lead, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the user journey for our clients. This role involves conducting user research, developing design strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform design strategies.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain feedback.
• Document design specifications and user flows for development handoff.
• Foster a user-first mindset within the organization and promote UX best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in branding across platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of focused experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a leadership role
