Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg, you will be instrumental in resolving technical issues and ensuring our systems run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support tickets, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide remote support to users where necessary, utilizing remote desktop tools.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve IT support processes.
