Responsibilities

• Design inventive buildings and structures that fulfill both aesthetic and functional needs.
• Utilize advanced design software to create accurate structural models.
• Liaise with clients to refine project objectives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Coordinate with contractors to mitigate any construction challenges.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for new project bids.
• Assist in the development of promotional material showcasing completed projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of practical architectural design experience

• SketchUp
• BIM Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Architectural License (local jurisdiction)

Languages

• English: Fluent
