Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide support for product inquiries and technical issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
