Job Description

We are seeking skilled Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail to produce top-quality cigars while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate machinery for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as required.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes.
• Keep detailed records of production outputs and machine downtime.
• Participate in maintenance and repair of machines as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical and mechanical qualifications preferred

Experience

• Experience in the tobacco industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
