As a Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children while facilitating their growth and development. Your responsibilities will include supervising activities, preparing meals, and engaging children in educational and recreational pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document children's developmental milestones.
• Plan and implement educational activities appropriate to the children's age and interests.
• Respond to children's needs promptly and sensitively.
• Facilitate parent-teacher communication to enhance children's learning.
• Assist with organizing outdoor play and field trips.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Childcare or Early Childhood Education degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in childcare or education settings preferred

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Recognised qualification in Childcare or related field

Languages
